Welcome to ra88 club. This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and ra88 club ("Platform", "we" or "us"). By registering for and using any service provided by ra88 club, you agree to be fully bound by all provisions set out in these Terms.

Ra88 club reserves the right to interpret all provisions of these Terms at our absolute discretion. In the event of any conflict between versions of these Terms in different languages, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail for Malaysian users.

Account registration at RA88 Club is open to Malaysian citizens and residents aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, current and complete. RA88 Club reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.

Registration Requirements: Each member is required to provide a valid and unique Malaysian phone number. This number serves as the primary account identifier and is used for security verification purposes. Only one account is permitted per phone number.

• Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active ra88 club account at any given time.
• Registering an account using false information or another person's details is strictly prohibited.
• Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account password.
• Any activity that occurs on your account is considered to have been authorised by you, unless you report the unauthorised access to RA88 Club immediately.
• RA88 Club reserves the right to request identity verification documents (Malaysian national ID) for account verification purposes, particularly prior to processing large withdrawals.
• Accounts that have been inactive (no login) for more than 180 consecutive days may be subject to an administrative fee or closure in accordance with RA88 Club's policy in effect at that time.

Members are responsible for keeping their account information up to date. If your phone number or any personal details change, please contact the RA88 Club support team promptly to make the necessary updates.

RA88 Club does not accept third-party deposits. Funds deposited must originate from an account or digital wallet registered in the same member's name. Any deposit identified as coming from a third party may result in a temporary account freeze pending investigation.

For withdrawals, members must use the same payment method used for deposit or a method verified by the ra88 club team. Withdrawals to accounts or digital wallets in another person's name are not permitted. ra88 club reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals above a certain amount to ensure transaction security.

In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect credit to your account, you are required to report this to ra88 club immediately. Any incorrectly credited amount remains the property of ra88 club and will be recovered upon identification, regardless of whether the amount has been used for wagering or otherwise.

RA88 Club offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward both new and loyal members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer.

General Bonus Terms:

• All bonuses are subject to the rollover requirements stated in their respective promotion terms. The standard rollover for the RA88 Club Welcome Bonus is 15x the bonus amount received.
• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per new member, household, IP address and device.
• Bonuses may not be used to influence the outcome of bets that are already in progress.
• Ra88 club reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus at any time if there is evidence of promotion abuse.
• Members found to be exploiting the bonus system unlawfully, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will have all bonuses voided and may face account closure.
• Different rollover requirements may apply depending on the game type — certain games such as Baccarat may contribute a lower percentage toward the rollover requirement compared to slots.

Any bonus-related disputes must be submitted to the RA88 Club support team within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Disputes raised after this period may not be resolved.

All games offered at RA88 Club — including online slots, live casino (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Dragon Tiger), table games and poker — operate on a fair and transparent system. Game outcomes are determined by an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) system or by real dealers in the case of live casino.

• Members agree to play in accordance with the rules of each game as set by RA88 Club and the respective game provider.
• Any winnings resulting from technical bugs, system errors, or abnormal circumstances are void and will not be paid out.
• Ra88 club reserves the right to suspend or terminate any game session where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud or manipulation.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any third-party tools to assist in gameplay is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.
• The final result recorded in the ra88 club system is conclusive. In the event of any discrepancy between what is displayed on your screen and the system records, the system records shall prevail.

The RA88 Club Sports Betting section covers a wide range of sports popular in Malaysia, including badminton, cricket, Malaysia Super League football, the EPL and more. All sports bets are subject to the specific Sports Betting rules set out in this section.

General Sports Betting Rules:

• All bets are considered valid once confirmed by the RA88 Club system. Members are responsible for ensuring their bets are placed as intended before confirmation.
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that apply to that bet, unless otherwise stated.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, RA88 Club will settle bets in accordance with its established policy — bets will typically be voided and stakes refunded if the match does not resume within 48 hours.
• For cricket matches interrupted by rain, bet settlement is based on the official Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method if applied, or voided if the match fails to reach the minimum required overs.
• RA88 Club reserves the right to void any bets placed at clearly incorrect odds resulting from a technical error ("priceable error").
• Live (in-play) bets are final once confirmed. No cancellations are permitted after a live bet has been accepted by the system.

For badminton betting, all results are based on official scores recorded by the relevant tournament organiser, such as the Badminton World Federation (BWF) for international competitions and the Badminton Association of Malaysia (BAM) for local events.

• Money laundering or financing of illegal activities
• Systematic abuse of promotions or the bonus system

• Requests from authorities in connection with legal investigations

If your account is suspended or closed due to a breach of terms, ra88 club reserves the right to hold the account balance pending the outcome of the investigation. If no violation is found, the funds will be returned in full.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the RA88 Club support team. Any legitimate fund balance in the account will be returned upon completion of the verification process.

Liability Limit: RA88 Club is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of our platform. RA88 Club's maximum liability in respect of any member claim is limited to the amount of funds held in the member's account at the time the claim is made.

RA88 Club is not liable for service disruptions caused by events beyond its control, such as internet outages, natural disasters, government decisions, or third-party infrastructure failures. In such cases, RA88 Club will take reasonable steps to restore services as quickly as possible.
